1. The CNC process is too scattered

The reason for this problem lies in the fear of complexity (refers to the preparation time), simple programming, simplified operation and processing, easy to adjust the tool setting with one knife, and accustomed to ordinary processing. In this way, the product quality (position tolerance) is not easy to guarantee, and the production efficiency can not be brought into full play. Therefore, CNC processing technicians and operators should be fully familiar with CNC processing knowledge, try more to master relevant knowledge, and use the method of process concentration as much as possible, which will naturally reflect its advantages. After the centralized process is adopted, the unit processing time increases. We arrange the two equipment face to face, so that one person can operate two equipment, which greatly improves the efficiency and ensures the quality.

2. CNC processing sequence is unreasonable

Some CNC processing operators often arrange the processing sequence very unreasonable considering some problems in preparation. NC machining is usually carried out according to the requirements of general machining process, such as coarse before fine (tool change), inside before outside, and reasonable selection of cutting parameters. In this way, the quality and efficiency can be improved.

Use G00 (g26, G27, g29) fast positioning instructions with caution. G00 instructions bring great convenience to programming and use. However, if it is set and used improperly, it will often lead to overshoot when returning to zero, decline in accuracy, strain of equipment guide rail surface and other adverse consequences due to excessive speed setting. If the zero return route is not paid attention to, it is easy to produce safety accidents of collision with workpieces and equipment. Therefore, when considering the use of G00 instruction, it should be considered comprehensively and not arbitrarily.

In NC machining, we should also pay special attention to strengthening the retrieval and trial operation of the program. After the program is input into the control system, the operator shall use Sch keys and ↑, ↓, ←, → mobile keys to carry out uncertain and definite retrieval, and modify the program if necessary to ensure the accuracy of the program. At the same time, before the formal execution of program processing, it must go through program trial run (turn on the power amplifier) to confirm whether the processing route is consistent with the design route.
